		<description><![CDATA[Ok, heres a funny story. I was looking after this lovely little old lady who was in her 90s. She had a bit of dementia, had a chest infection, some heart failure and a bit of new confusion on top of that. She was usually pretty pleasant and amiable, but sometimes she got a little narky.
One morning we went and saw her on the rounds and she told us to scratch her back. We were busy and didn&#039;t have time to scratch her back. She told us we were useless, not real doctors, mustn&#039;t have studied, and we could &quot;learn a lot&quot; if we just &quot;stuck with her&quot;...
I guess she was a bit right... scratching where it itches is a basic summary of how things often get treated...]]></description>
